Refund & Exchange Policy

At Chahid Fragrances, we are committed to delivering premium fragrances crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be requested to ensure transparency and fairness for all customers.

1. Performance-Based Refund Guarantee

We offer a refund guarantee based solely on fragrance performance.

If the perfume’s longevity or projection does not meet the expected standard, you may request a refund.

2. Eligibility for Refund

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The perfume must remain in its original condition without damage or misuse.

  • The original external packaging must be included.

  • Opening the bottle for testing purposes is permitted.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Refunds will not be accepted due to personal preference or dislike of the scent itself.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are not permitted for any reason.

  • All purchases are considered final, and exchange requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact the Chahid Fragrances support team through our official communication channels. Our team will assist you promptly and guide you through the return process.

5. Additional Notes

  • Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Any signs of misuse, intentional damage, or missing packaging will void refund eligibility.

  • For promotional offers that include free shipping, a fee of 35 MAD will be deducted to cover shipping and handling costs in case of a refund request.

  • 1. ضمان الاسترجاع المرتبط بالأداء
  • نوفّر ضمان استرجاع يعتمد فقط على أداء العطر.
  • في حال لم يكن ثبات العطر أو فوحانه بالمستوى المتوقع، يحق لك طلب استرجاع المنتج.
  • 2. شروط الاسترجاع
  • للتأهل لطلب الاسترجاع، يجب توفر جميع الشروط التالية:

  • أن يكون العطر بحالته الأصلية دون أي تلف أو سوء استخدام.

  • إرفاق العلبة والتغليف الأصلي.

  • يُسمح بفتح العبوة لغرض التجربة فقط.

  • يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

  • لا يتم قبول طلبات الاسترجاع بسبب عدم الإعجاب بالرائحة أو الذوق الشخصي.

  • 3. سياسة الاستبدال

  • لا يُسمح بالاستبدال لأي سبب كان.

  • جميع الطلبات تعتبر نهائية، ولا يتم قبول طلبات التبديل تحت أي ظرف.

  • 4. طريقة طلب الاسترجاع
  • لطلب الاسترجاع، يرجى التواصل مع فريق دعم Chahid Fragrances عبر قنوات التواصل الرسمية، وسيقوم فريقنا بمساعدتك وإرشادك لإتمام الإجراءات بأسرع وقت.
  • 5. ملاحظات إضافية

  • تتم معالجة طلبات الاسترجاع فقط بعد استلام المنتج وفحصه.

  • رسوم الشحن (إن وجدت) غير قابلة للاسترجاع.

  • في حالة العروض التي تشمل توصيل مجاني، يتم احتساب مبلغ 35 درهم كرسوم شحن ومعالجة عند الاسترجاع.أي سوء استخدام أو تلف متعمد أو نقص في التغليف الأصلي يلغي أحقية الاسترجاع.
